LICENSE:
We can grant you one of two possible license to use the web templates and other products sold on our website by designed and developed RAM Web Design in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by RWD Website Themes, is as follows:
ONE TIME USAGE LICENSE:
You may be granted a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing a website template at a Non-Custom Price. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you to use the same design in connection with another or other projects.
DEVELOPERS LICENSE:
You may be granted a Developers License entitles you to make some modifications with the products using any software or applications and RWD Website Themes designs. You are permitted to redistribute or resell your projects after the receiving the license. You can apply for the license though our contact page.
MODIFICATIONS:
You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire.
OUR REFUND POLICY:
Since RWD Website Themes is offering digital goods we do not issue refunds on any product on our website.
OWNERSHIP:
You cannot claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of RAM Web Design. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
LEGAL:
RWD Website Themes does not warrant that the functions contained in these products will meet your requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the products is with you. In no event will RWD Website Themes be liable to the you or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to use these products or, even if RWD Website Themes has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed sever-able from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
INFORMATION DISCLOSURE:
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
